SEASON // A local and seasonal pop-up dining experience
Tying together the land and sea, reflecting the landscape that surrounds us. Stephanie Brodeur, Jude Hughes (The Farm / Three Blue Ducks) and Jasmine Christie (Anamundi Studio) will be collaborating along with a hand picked selection of amazing local food producers, growers and artists to bring you the first of four SEASON dinners.
Join us for a curated dining experience inspired by the often overlooked and otherwise wasted byproduct from local providores, farms and growers in the region.
With sustainability and creativity as our inspiration, together we will cut, forage, uproot and plate up the most lovely and unusual specimens of what our local soil and sea has to offer, to share with you in a unique community dining experience.
3 courses + snack on arrival, with cocktails by Brookies Gin, wines from Jilly Wines and beers from Stone & Wood.
