After a sell out event in Byron Bay, Anamundi Studio is excited to present PLANT MAGIC, An evening of Nature, Ritual & Soul Food with the wonderful Erin Lovell Verinder & Cade McConnell at the Wild Kombucha Collaboratory, Sydney.

Erin is a fully qualified herbalist, nutritionist, energetic healer and wellness writer from Sydney, with over 15 years experience in the health and wellness industry. Erin’s  naturopathic philosophy is based on weaving the wisdoms of functional medicine with nutritional interventions, grassroots herbal & energetic medicines to empower individuals to reconnect with their innate ability to heal.

The evening will also include a botanical meditation and freestyle floristry exercise lead by Jasmine of @anamundistudio, tuning in to the beauty and wisdom of plants and flowers through an awakening of our tactile creativity and mindfulness practice.

The evening will conclude with an ayurvedic, plant based dinner by the beautiful Cade McConnell @om_cade Cade’s practice of cooking is inspired by his travels around India & Sri Lanka & Nepal and combines traditional soulful cooking practice with the gentle philosophy of consciousness over convenience
